What these tools are
The tools at /tests are self-assessment reflection tools. They ask about everyday patterns (focus, sensory load, routine, social effort, and more) and reflect back what you told them in plain language.
What these tools are not
They are not a diagnosis, and they cannot rule anything out. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose ADHD or autism, after an assessment that takes far more into account than a set of statements about everyday life can. It takes in your history, your development, and much else these tools never ask about. Nothing here replaces that assessment.
Why there is never a score
You will not see a score, a percentage, or a threshold anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate. A number invites you to read it as a verdict, and these tools are not built to issue one. Instead, a result names the themes that stood out in what you answered and offers a plain suggestion for what to do next, never a statement that you do or do not have a condition.
What to do with a result
Every result page can be printed as a plain summary to bring to a doctor or other professional; that is what it is for. If you are not sure where to start, a doctor is usually the right first call.
