AuDHD test

These are statements about the pull between two different sets of needs at once: routine and novelty, closeness and space, focus and restlessness. There are no right answers, no timer, and nothing you answer here is recorded anywhere but your own browser.

The AuDHD test is a screening tool, not a diagnosis. It cannot tell you whether you are autistic or have ADHD. Only a qualified professional can do that.
